Cancellation policy All cancellations must be advised in writing to info@mandalay.com.au. Your booking cannot be considered cancelled until you have written confirmation from us. To secure a reservation, we require a valid credit card on file. Bookings are refundable until 30 days prior to your arrival date. At 30 days prior to your arrival, bookings become non refundable and full payment will automatically be deducted from your credit card. Please note a 1% surcharge will be incurred for Visa and Mastercard payments, and 1.5% fo Amex payments. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please get in touch with us prior to payment due date. If you have to cancel inside your cancellation window, your booking will be non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the apartment. If re-let, we will refund the amount paid minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you have any questions please give us a call on 07 4099 0100.
