Only a short walk along the sea side walk way to both Mooloolaba and Maroochydore’s beaches and dinning precincts. All apartments have Ocean Views with private balcony for your fresh air relaxation. Mandolin Resort has 3 grades of apartments to meet all budgets of holiday and permanent rental guests. All apartments are fully self contained, featuring large balconies with table and chairs, en-suites and a full bathroom that include laundry facilities. Each apartment has a designated private Car Space in our secure underground car park. All our guests enjoy the free facilities of a year round heated swimming pool, Heated Spa and indoor sauna room, designated little peoples pool with water jets and waterfall, 9 hole mini golf, full size tennis court, multiple BBQ areas with tables and chairs, ample off street parking and awesome friendly management staff.

Best Flexible Rate Plan Cancellation Policy: This rate allows for free cancellation up to 14 days(s) before arrival. If cancelling within 14 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged. Deposit: $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payment is taken inside 14 days to arrival. IF Non-Refundable Rate Plan Cancellation Policy: This rate is non-refundable. If you have to cancel for any reason you are not entitled to a refund. Deposit: Non-refundable deposit equivalent to 100% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking. The person signing this document and/or whoever occupies the accommodation and utilizes the services shall be personally responsible for the complete payment of all charges with respect to this accommodation. By signing this document, the signee agrees to settle all accounts, pay for damages, breakages or loss of property from the unit, and abide by the Building Bylaws. Payment Options Payments are taken in line with relevant cancellation policy. Paying by EFTPOS, Debit Card or Credit Card will incur the passing on of the surcharge from our merchant of 1.43% Paying by Direct Bank Deposit incurs no surcharge and can be arranged in advance of your schedule payment date.
