The selection of our two and three bedroom apartments provides accommodation ideal for groups, families and couples. Fully self-contained and self-catering, these apartments are great for the weekend escape or a leisurely holiday to really explore the wonders and enchantment of Byron Bay and the hinterland area. Soak up the sun, swim in our heated sparkling salt water pool or perhaps enjoy a BBQ lunch in the tropical gardens. Byron Bay is an amazing sensory experience that will delight and captivate you. Stunning beaches, littoral rain forests, the annual migration of the humpback whales and that famous icon, the Lighthouse – make Byron Bay a special place for everyone to enjoy. Our management team know the area very well and can be your guides as to what to do and where to go; we also love to offer our guests a welcoming and flexible service to help you get the most from your stay with us.
By proceeding with your reservation you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions as indicated below and generally as requested by the Apartment Managers and their staff. We reserve the right to expel any guests that do not comply and disrupt the enjoyment of other guests through noise or behaviour issues. No refund of any tariff will be provided. A strict ‘NO PARTY’ policy applies. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us prior to booking. Online Check-in The cardholder making this payment herein agrees that as a special condition of Mariner Bay Apartments accepting this payment the cardholder will be required to register online before check-in and will be required to upload an acceptable form of photo ID and enter the credit card details used as the payment authority. The cardholder agrees to these terms and conditions by proceeding with this payment or booking. If arriving the same day as the booking was made, please phone our office on (02) 6685 5272 to confirm your booking and arrival time. Prepayment, Fees and Cancellation Policy: • 100% of the reservation amount will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival date. • If the reservation is cancelled or modified outside of 14 days of check-in date your deposit is fully refundable. • If cancelled or modified inside of 14 days incur 15% cancellation fee. • We charge a fee of 1.75% on all credit card payments. • No refund will be made for any early departure. Group Bookings We are pleased to offer you accommodation at Mariner Bay Apartments but it is important that you understand there is a STRICT “No Party” policy. For all group bookings of singles (i.e. not family groups, or couples) we will take a security deposit upon check-in of either $300 cash or a credit card pre-authorization per apartment. If you break our terms and conditions, particularly around noise and disruption to other guests, you will lose your security deposit and we will not hesitate to evict any groups if necessary. We reserve the right to take a security deposit upon your arrival by way of: a) Cash bond of $300 per apartment; b) Credit Card pre-authorization of $300 per apartment. Any additional persons who may want to stay need to make arrangements with the office (during the posted office hours) prior to staying. Any unauthorized person staying will incur a charge of $45 per person, charged to the security deposit / card held by the office or eviction without refund. Noise/ Visiting Guests For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests please ensure that noise and/or music levels are kept to a reasonable level at all times. The number of non-paying guests/invitees is limited to 2 per unit and they must leave before 8pm. Parties of any description are not permitted. We reserve the right to expel any guest/invitee that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests through noise or behaviour or causes damage to the apartment or building. No refund of any tariff paid will be provided. Security / Call out Charges In the event that you require us to open your apartment or security safe, or our Security Company have been called out due to a complaint, an “out of normal office hours” fee of $100 will apply. We advise that you should take care to lock and secure your apartment and valuables at all times. We do not take any responsibility for personal items lost or stolen – please use the room safe provided.
