**THE IMPORTANT STUFF** We can only accept reservations for 2 persons MAX. If you have made a reservation but have not included children/toddlers or babies please cancel your reservation. Failure to do this will result in your reservation being cancelled on arrival due to too many persons. This will also incur ALL charges in relation to the reservation. Please ensure that any special bedding arrangements are advised to us prior to your arrival and note that specific apartment requests will be subject to availability. Twin beds or sofa beds are available in some apartments only and MUST be requested prior to arrival and will be charged at $40.00 per stay/week. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or Amendment of Booking 7 days or more prior to arrival - Free (unless non-refundable rate has been booked) You'll be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you cancel on the day of your arrival or don't show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation. Pre-payment - you'll be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night in the 7 days before arrival. Exceptions: Peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, School/Public Holidays, Noosa Triathlon - Cancellation or Amendment of bookings 14 days or more prior to arrival - Free Pre-payment - you'll be charged the total cost of the reservation 14 days before arrival. No Refunds will be issued to guests already in-house. Circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic are no longer covered under our Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Noosa River Retreat accept no responsibility for any illness, (including close contact to Covid cases) or injury incurred that may stop you from travelling or arriving at this destination. Travel insurance is highly recommended to ALL travellers. Due to our central location in the heart of Noosaville we do experience some traffic noise. **We do not accept Schoolies bookings or guests under 18 years of age without adult supervision; if this is a Schoolies or under age booking please cancel to avoid disappointment on arrival** Please be aware that Noosa River Retreat is a strict non-smoking resort both in the apartment & on the balconies/patios - However, a smoking area is located within the car park. . No pets allowed - Service animals accepted. Surcharge of 2.76% applied to payments made by AMEX
