Just a few minutes walk from us you will find the iconic Sum Yung Guys restaurant , along with Aldi, Nisa Thai restaurant, Little Cove Coffee and the Bakers Pantry. For an early start on a Sunday the Farmers Market is a stroll away at the Tigers AFL ground. Microbreweries, distilleries and the delicious Noosa Chocolate Factory are also located in Noosaville. Enjoy the scene to be seen at Noosa Junction CBD, just 2.9 km away with wonderful bars & restaurants, such as Nudge Nudge Wink Wink, Theo's Social Club or catch a show at The J Noosa! Go shopping at the Famous Eumundi Markets (Weds & Sat) - only 20 mins drive. **The IMPORTANT Stuff** We are only able to accept reservations for 2 people MAX. including teens/children/toddlers and babies. Failure to disclose all persons in your party may result in your reservation being cancelled on arrival and will incur all charges in relation to the reservation. Only the number of people booked in and stated on the booking sheet may stay in the apartment for the duration of your stay. Any additional persons found to be staying or agreed by the onsite managers at check-in, will incur extra charges that will be billed to the apartment holders credit card. Please ensure that any special bedding arrangements are advised to us prior to your arrival and note that specific apartment requests will be subject to availability and apartment configuration. Twin beds are available in 2 apartments only and incur an additional fee of $40.00 per stay/week. Adult grade hire beds are available on request and for an additional fee. CANCELLATION and PAYMENT POLICY: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Exceptions: Easter | Noosa Triathlon Weekend | Christmas/New Year | School holidays | Public holidays – The guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 28 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. If you have booked a Non-refundable reservation, then it is Non-refundable. However, if your plans change more than 14 days prior to arrival, you may choose to modify your booking to an alternative date (if available), once and without penalty. This will be at the same or higher cost as your original booking and will also be non-refundable. Group Bookings: All bookings of 2 or more apartments will be charged a non-refundable deposit of the cost of the first night at the time of booking. The remaining/full cost of the accommodation will be charged 28 days prior to arrival. Unless otherwise stated, your deposit will be refunded if notice is given outside of the cancellation policy as per above. Refunds of cancellations within the cancellation policy are subject to re-letting of the apartment. Cancellation or Change fee of $50.00 applies in all circumstances. No Refunds will be issued to guests that are a 'no-show' are already in-house or who change their minds/plans on arrival. 2.76% surcharge applies to AMEX payments. If an invalid credit card is used your reservation will be cancelled immediately. Payment in full will be taken from your nominated credit card as per the cancellation and payment above (minus any deposit already paid). Please ensure there are enough funds on your card to cover this process. This booking is NOT confirmed until this payment is received. Photo ID and a credit card will be required on arrival; the number will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. A pre-authorization or deposit of $200.00 is required on arrival. This is effectively a temporary hold on your card. The pre-authorization amount is not an actual charge, but a temporary hold. This will be collected by credit card. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, return of the apartment keys, the agreed number of guests staying in the apartment and that no other disruption was caused by you or your guests. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. We request that any non-registered visitors leave all areas of Noosa River Retreat by 10pm each evening. Please also extend this courtesy to our neighbours when entering and exiting your apartment and/or car park. If the onsite managers are required to be called out of hours due to disruption, excessive noise levels or any other complaint that is interrupting the enjoyment of other guests then a $100.00 charge will be placed upon your reservation and charged to the credit card on file for this reservation. Our security team visit these premises throughout the evening and early morning and will advise of any disruption. Smoking in apartments is strictly prohibited including on balcony's, patios and all common areas such as the pool and gardens. Any person found doing so will be immediately fined $300.00. Failure to pay will result in immediate eviction. A second occurrence will also result in an immediate eviction. A smoking area is located within the car park. Lost/non-returned keys: It is a guests’ responsibility to care for our keys. Should apartment key(s) not be returned at checkout an additional $600.00 pre-authorisation will be taken to cover the cost to change the locks and re-key the apartment. Noosa River Retreat is not pet friendly - Service animals accepted. Our location is in the heart of Noosaville leading to Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads & the ever popular Gympie Terrace. Hence, with the Noosa area being so desirable and a high demand tourist destination, some traffic noise will be experienced. We do not accept Schoolies bookings or guests under 18 years of age without adult supervision; if this is a Schoolies or under age booking please cancel to avoid disappointment on arrival. It is recommended that travel insurance be obtained to cover unexpected circumstances. Circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic are no longer covered under our Extenuating Circumstances Policy. Noosa River Retreat accept no responsibility for any illness, (including close contact to Covid cases) or injury incurred that may stop you from travelling or arriving at this destination. According to Queensland Government Covid-19 health requirements - There are currently no travel restrictions specific to Queensland.
