GUESTS - PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: I, the undersigned agree to pay for phone calls, any damage to, breakage in or loss from the unit whether willfully or accidentally caused during my stay. I realise that all care is taken but Management has no responsibility for theft from the Unit or Car Park. I also acknowledge that I have entered into this agreement with Pacific Surf Absolute Beachfront Apartments. We request that you leave the unit in a tidy state. This includes taking all of your rubbish to the bins and placing dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $50 if this is not done. My signature hereunder indicates that I have noted and accept the above conditions.
