TERMS & CONDITIONS Please read these conditions carefully. Your signature below confirms that you agree that these conditions apply and extend to you and any person (collectively referred to as "Guest") occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at your invitation or with your authority. Guests are reminded of the Provisions and Limitations of the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001 (QLD), the Innkeepers Liability Act 1902 (NSW), and Conditions of Bailment. Guests agree to abide by the House Rules and building by-laws of the body corporate. A copy of the appropriate Act and House Rules are displayed at Reception & in room compendium. Guests who breach the House Rules (including those listed below) may be required to depart at the discretion of the Manager. * Guests are to behave in a manner that does not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the complex by all other guests and residents * No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex * I authorise Maintenance/Housekeeping staff access to my unit if necessary. Please note the following additional charges will be automatically added to your account to be settled prior to your departure or deducted from you security deposit, or charged to your credit card (I authorise the use of the credit card, which was used on arrival), to cover such charges. * $50 call out fee to attend to a complaint about excessive noise, nuisance behaviour, general disturbances, or room lock outs. * $80 charge to replace lost or stolen room keys or Fobs * Costs as charged by the local Fire & Rescue Authority for attending to unnecessary fire alarms * Costs to replace any items found to be missing from the unit * Additional cleaning charges if the unit is left in an untidy manner (including kitchen items unwashed and rubbish not removed). * All smoking is to be OFF the premises. If there is evidence that guests have smoked in the apartments - a charge of $300 will be made towards the cleaning/de-odourising fee. * NO PETS allowed in the resort - a charge of $500 will be made towards the cleaning/de-odourising/allergy treatment fee. * It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for the damage to or the loss of property which the occupier or his guests may bring onto the premises. * The accommodation rate is agreed upon and no alterations will be made during or after your stay. Please check the accommodation rate and resolve any questions with Reception prior to signing below. There is NO refund for early departure. I agree that my liability for all charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event any indicated person company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of such charges. This includes damage to, and losses in, the property described in "Unit No." above.
