Our 4 star family friendly Port Douglas Resort offers a selection of elegant, modern apartments, all spacious, self contained and nestled around a glittering, 185 metre central swimming lagoon. Combining stunning hinterland views and friendly onsite management, our Four Mile Beach accommodation sets the scene for a holiday of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Pool Resort is located close to the heart of Port Douglas and just moments from the beautiful Four Mile Beach. There is a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants within a short driving distance of the resort (please note, there is no restaurant or bar onsite), while the outstanding natural beauty of the Daintree Rainforest is just a short drive away. Hit the beach or kick back by the pool and soak up the sunshine. The facilities at our Port Douglas Resort have been designed with your relaxation in mind.
Online Policy: We take a $100 deposit at time of the booking, your first night's accommodation will automatically be taken at 28 days prior to arrival and the balance is due on arrival. Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before arrival, no fee will be charged, at 28 days prior to arrival 1 nights accommodation will be charged, the balance of accommodation owing is then paid on arrival. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival 100% of the booking will be charged. If cancelled, modified later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If you reduce your stay after checkin, the total price of the reservation still applies. We strongly suggest to take out travel insurance in the event that you may need to cancel or reduce the length of your stay for any reason. The property is not responsible for any personal unforeseen circumstances such as cancelled flights, change of mind, illnesses etc; Covid affected policy: If you can not travel or need to reduce your stay due to Covid19, we will only offer a credit of amount paid to use at a later travel date. We strongly suggest taking out Travel Insurance to assist you during these unpredictable times. Rate Alterations: Prices are based on current tariffs and are subject to change. Per night prices are to be used as an indicator only and not as an extra night rate. Rates are listed in AUD only and are inclusive of GST. Conditions apply to our Special Rates. Pool Resort reserves the right to change or cancel a booking at any time up to or including day of departure, even if final balance may have been paid. All units within Pool Resort are privately owned. Accommodation: Every effort is made to ensure that the description of the facilities and services of the complex is accurate, however, these are continually being changed and on occasion taken out of service. Pool Resort cannot be held liable for these changes whether temporary or permanent. Property room photos may not be specific to the actual room allocated. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types. You may place a request but please note whilst we attempt to satsify all special requests, we are unable to guarantee any such requests. Upon check in, you will be allocated the most appropriate room available, taking into account any special requests you may have. It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for damage to or loss of property, which the occupier or his/her guests may bring on to the premises. Any damage or replacement items to the property will be at guest expense. Please note, we are a family friendly resort. We have a strict 'No Party' policy and if guests do not abide by our inhouse rules, they will be asked to leave the property immediately. We will not tolerate if any of our staff or other guests are verbally abused at anytime and we not accept anti-social behaviour. Not Included in Price: Costs of a personal nature e.g. tours, continuous provisions, toiletries, telephone calls. Also hire of equipment , e.g. high chairs, strollers, rollaway bed, portable cots. Responsibility: Pool Resort can book tours as agents on behalf of their services and shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those service providers. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the service providers. If a guest cancels a tour within 24hrs of travel, a refund not be offered from the tour operator. It is up to the guest to contact the tour operator directly to reconfirm tour or to cancel a tour. Pool Resort strongly recommends Travel Insurance. We suggest it should include loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money and medical expenses. Lost Property: Any items found in the unit left by guests will be retained for 7 days from the date of departure. After this time the items shall be disposed of. Request for return of items will be at the guests expense.
