Port Retreats
All reservations require a valid credit card for confirmation. No deposit is required at time of booking unless reservation is within the cancellation periods of either 7, 14 or 30 days. A 30%-50% deposit is required either 7, 14 or 30 days prior to arrival (low season 7 days, shoulder season 14 days, high season 30 days) with the balance due on arrival. Port Retreats reserves the right to cancel a booking due to change of ownership of property and the property being removed from the Port Retreats' management.
