Thank you for choosing Puffer’s Inn Logan. Please see our Terms and Conditions below; Check In Check In is from 2pm (Qld time) Our reception desk closes daily at 8pm. If you are due to arrive after hours, please let us know in advance, so that we can make appropriate arrangements for you. This includes providing us with a copy of your photo ID and credit card information prior to arrival, via our secure online check in portal. Upon arrival, a Photo ID and name matching credit card will be required. If unable to provide a credit card, a $150 cash deposit is required for security purposes - Please note that whilst we do accept debit cards for payment, we only accept credit cards for the security hold. An electronic arrival form is required to be signed upon check in, which states our motel rules and authorises charges to be made on the credit card provided at check in. Rules and Regulations Cancellations Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours, will attract a one night charge. No Parties We have a strict NO Party policy. Guests with excessive noise, inappropriate behaviour, or misuse of the facility, will be asked to leave without refund. Smoking All rooms are strictly Non Smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside of the room. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if smoking is detected inside the room Pets No pets allowed except for registered service dogs. An extra cleaning cost of $150 will be charged for guests with service dogs. Pool and BBQ Pool, spa and BBQ are closed between 9PM and 8AM. All children must be supervised.
