Guarantee Policy Full Prepayment is required 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation until 14:00 (local time) 14 days prior to arrival. Full fees for reservations apply for cancellations made thereafter. No Show Policy A no-show without written communication re cancellation or booking modification will be charged the full amount of the total stay booked. Check-in Policy The room is available from 14:00. Check-out Policy The room must be vacated by 10:00 at the latest. Children Policy Children under the age of 6 years stay for free using the existing bedding. Special term for children Minors under 18 must be with those who exercise parental authority Credit Card Payment Charge Debit-card, MasterCard and Visa card payments do not incur any merchant fees. Amex Credit Cards incur a fee of 1.7% of the total cost of the booking. Smoking Policy Smoking in an Apartment or balcony is not permitted and will incur an additional cleaning fee of AUD$300 per incident if evidence of smoking is found that you or your guests have smoked in your apartment, balcony, or in the corridor. Smoking is permitted outside the building.
