South Pacific Plaza boasts Broadbeach holiday accommodation at its best. Our resort is renowned for providing value in an immaculate location on the Gold Coast. The resort is situated directly in front of the beach and is adjacent to the premier restaurant precinct of Broadbeach.There is a range of 1 and 2 bedroom standard and superior apartments available. Each offers its own balcony and panoramic ocean views (from the 5th floor) or hinterland/ garden views. These Broadbeach holiday apartments are self-contained treating you to a full kitchen, separate lounge/dining area, large bedrooms as well as a separate bathroom and laundry. All apartments are fully furnished and include everything you need for your Broadbeach accommodation. Most apartments have air-conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans and baths. Only 2 bedroom apartments have ensuite bathrooms. South Pacific Plaza offers guest facilities that include an outdoor heated pool, spa, full size tennis court, sauna, BBQ area and free underground parking. This wonderful location is opposite Kurrawa Beach and is neighbouring shops, restaurants and cafes. The Star Casino and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre are just minutes from your door.
CONDITIONS of Guest Stay: Guests are reminded of the Provisions and Limitations of the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001/QLD. I agree to leave the apartment in the condition that I found it. All apartments are self-contained therefore the washing of dishes, removal of rubbish, general cleaning etc. (linen washing not required) is the responsibility of you as the guest; and additional cleaning charges may apply. All damages, breakages or losses to the unit or furniture are to be reported and paid for by the guest immediately. Guests are to advise our reception staff of any faults or breakages discovered on arrival. Funds will be deducted from the credit card (a 2.95% surcharge applies on all AMEX transactions, 1% on Visa and Mastercard), pre authorisation or cash bond if a claim is required to be made, which may include but is not limited to; excess cleaning fees, damages, breakages or missing items, excess garbage removal, late check-out, after hour lock outs ($55) and lost keys ($88.00/key & fob). In addition any charges that may arise from the Qld Fire Brigade & Rescue Services/Authority for unnecessary fire alarms and call-outs if related to my unit through negligence or mishap. As per our booking policies, we are not in a position to accept or cater for school leaver (schoolies) bookings. If it is found that a booking is a schoolies associated booking, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit all monies paid. We have a strict no party policy at South Pacific Plaza and reserve the right to evict party rooms without further notice or refund. It is against body corporate by-laws to operate a business from within South Pacific Plaza building and a booking (as well as pre payments) may be forfeited if occupants are found to be operating any type of business or partaking in illegal activities. If any item (of any description) is dropped or thrown from a balcony, this will result in instant eviction without further notice or refund. As per the terms and conditions, we also require photo ID and the credit card (used to pay for the reservation) on arrival. The registered guest must be 18 years of age (minimum) and is responsible for all persons entering the apartment (and any damage caused by invitees). Check out time is at 10am. I agree and accept the conditions of stay contained herein and agree to abide by the resort/building by-laws.
