Payment Policy Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until arrival. Credit card transactions incur a 2% surcharge. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival date will incur no charges. Cancellations made after this time may result in the amount of one nights accommodation being charged to the credit card number held on file. 7 days cancellation applies for Public holiday bookings Child Policy Child 0 -12 month are free of charge. 1 year and above is $25.00 per child per night.
