CONDITIONS OF YOUR STAY SMOKE ALARMS: All apartments are fitted with smoke alarms, monitored by Queensland Fire and Rescue, should you cause them to activate, Queensland Fire will require payment from the offending apartment (approx. cost $1480) NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the premises is not acceptable at any time. Therefore, should your room have a cigarette smell upon your departure, reception staff will be authorized to charge $250 as a cleaning fee. SECURITY DEPOSIT: It is compulsory that all guests provide a $100 security deposit. Credit card preauthorization will be released within 3 to 5 business days following checkout. NO PARTY POLICY: We are a residential building and have a strict no party policy. Please be mindful of your neighbours. Management and security are onsite 24 hours a day and reserve the right to evict guests who are causing a disrupution to the Trilogy Community. HD Security cameras are located on the property and will be used as required. CHECK OUT TIME is 10am. If you are departing before reception time, please place your key in the key drop box. If you wish to have late check out or extend your stay, please contact reception directly for the prices. RUBBISH: Please remove rubbish from your room. There is a rubbish chute on every level in the refuse room. Please be aware that leaving the room in a bad condition such as rubbish, dirty dishes/kitchen, stained carpet/bedding etc will cost extra in a cleaning fee. KEYS: Failure to return will cost $350 to change the locks CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE: If paying direct at the hotel there will be a surcharge on credit cards Amex is 3%, Visa & Mastercard is 1.5%.  EFTPOS Savings or Cheque no charge  LOCK OUT FEE: Don't forget your key. Call out fees are $50 before 9:30pm and $110 between the hours of 9:30pm and 9:00am.
