Terms & Conditions

Wharf Boutique Apartments' Terms and Conditions A deposit is required at time of booking - $200 per apartment in low/mid season and $400 in high season (Christmas/New Year holidays) with the full balance due on or before arrival. NOTE: A reservation is not confirmed by us until we have taken the deposit payment from the credit card and a receipt issued. Once the booking is confirmed by us we shall email you. Credit card details are required on check in. Non credit card holders, a cash deposit is required. Cots and High Chairs are subject to availability. Extra charge of $50 for baby cot & linen per stay. Payment can be by Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately we cannot accept Diners, Amex. CANCELLATIONS - If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days from the arrival date, there is no refund. If a booking is cancelled 30 days before your arrival date, there will be a refund less $33 administration fee. There are no refunds for an early departure. Schoolies Policy - We are not a registered as a schoolie building. During school holidays or “Schoolies Period”, any person under 21 years of age staying as a guest, the following will apply: Rate is $249 per night for a 2 bedroom apartment. If any booking is made via another site or company and it is at a lower rate, the difference must be paid at the time of checkin. Security charge per person is $50 (non refundable). The bond is $300 per person. Each guest must be over 18 years of age and if not, then the relevant parents should directly contact us. $300 is to be deposited at the time of booking. Full payment is required 28 days before arrival. We are a family hotel and therefore have zero tolerance to parties, loud noises, underage drinking and use of illegal substances. The maximum guests allowed in a 2 bedroom apartment is persons, and the maximum in a one bedroom apartment is 2. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the number of guests exceed these numbers.
